Story
Submerge was founded by Dan Ioffe on a mission - to show the world that ice baths aren’t just about athletic recovery; they offer a variety of physical and mental benefits to all people.
He became hooked on cold water therapy and it's ability to support recovery, well-being and vitality but was disappointed at the options in the market and the guidance.
Sure, you could buy a cold plunge but how to get the most benefits from ice bathing was the challenge no other company was addressing.
